  • Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service ( I belong to both area MLS providers- Realcomp and MiRealsource for maximum exposure).
  • Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their waiting buyers.
  • Place your home in the REALTOR.COM, GMAC The Kee Group, and web sites.
  • Develop a list of features and benefits of your home, for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.
  • Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
  • Mail just listed information to your immediate area.
  • Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox.
  • Advertise when necessary.
  • Pre-Qaulify when possible all prospective buyers.
  • Make you completely aware of all various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use.
  • Follow up on all the salespersons that have shown your home for their response.
  • Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, also a copy of any advertisements that have been published.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and to help in negotiating the best possible price and terms for you.
  • Handle follow up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
