The Following is My Plan For Marketing Your Home:
- Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service ( I belong to both area MLS providers- Realcomp and MiRealsource for maximum exposure).
- Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their waiting buyers.
- Place your home in the REALTOR.COM,
GMAC The Kee Group, and
www.terrylynch.com web sites.
- Develop a list of features and benefits of your home, for the cooperating agents to use with their potential buyers.
- Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
- Mail just listed information to your immediate area.
- Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox.
- Advertise when necessary.
- Pre-Qaulify when possible all prospective buyers.
- Make you completely aware of all various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use.
- Follow up on all the salespersons that have shown your home for their response.
- Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, also a copy of any advertisements
that have been published.
- Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and to help in negotiating the best possible price and terms for you.
- Handle follow up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
